These Terms are a legal and binding agreement between you and The Lounge. Your use of the Site or service indicates your acceptance of these terms.

  1. Applicability
    1. The General Terms and Conditions below apply to all offers and transactions of The Lounge Dubai.
    2. By accepting an offer or making an order, the consumer expressly accepts the applicability of these General Terms and Conditions.
  2. Quality
    1. The restaurant guarantees that all the products offered meet the standards of the concept.
    2. If there are any complaints, the management needs to be informed immediately. Appropriate actions will be taken as soon as possible.
  3. Prices/offers
    1. All offers made by The Lounge Dubai are without obligation and The Lounge Dubai expressly reserves the right to change the prices, in particular if this is necessary as a result of statutory or other regulations.
    2. All prices, rates and amounts are exclusive of Value Added Tax and inclusive of 7% Dubai Municipality Tax.
    3. Any other charges that pertains to but not limited to Value Added Tax , 7% Dubai Municipality Tax, Delivery , Service or any other charges not mentioned shall be added at the rate prevailing at the time of purchase. Should there be any changes in legislation pertaining to import duties, income tax or any other taxes, whether imposed by an individual Emirate or the United Arab Emirates Federal Government, The Lounge Dubai reserves the right to adjust prices, rates and amounts in line with the changes legislation.
    4. All prices are indicated UAE dirhams /AED.
    5. In certain cases, promotional prices apply. These prices are valid only during a specific period as long as stocks last. No entitlement to these prices may be invoked before or after the specific period.
  4. Payments
    1. Methods of payment we accept: Cash , Visa, Master card, Union Pay and American Express.
  5. Online Purchases
    1. In addition to accepting cash payments on delivery, The Lounge Dubai also accept payments online .
    2. To purchase food products or other items through the Website, you must provide valid payment card and billing information.
    3. When you purchase items through the Website, prices will be made clear during the order process.
    4. You agree to pay the price that is stated at the time of your order, as well as any applicable taxes.
    5. By purchasing items through the Site, you represent and warrant to The Lounge Dubai that you are capable of entering into a contract under the applicable law.
    6. If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our online payment provider via a secured connection.
    7. You are required at all times, to observe and comply with the applicable conditions, directions, stipulations and/or requirements relating to the use of the payment services and the prescribed processes of the payment services.
    8. Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.

  10. REFUND POLICY
    1. All requests for refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and the final decision will be made at the management’s discretion.
  11. CANCELLATION POLICY
    1. The customer can cancel his order within 5 minutes and will be provided a full refund, Please allow us for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
  12. Other provisions
    1. If one or more of the provisions in these Terms and Conditions or any other agreement with The Lounge Dubai are in conflict with any applicable legal regulation, the provision in question will lapse and be replaced by a new comparable stipulation admissible by law to be determined by The Lounge Dubai.
